Aerial Tricks & Flips - Advanced Level (some experience required) with Live Music By Jeff Fedora & Michelle Guess at AERIAL RIGS

Aerial Tricks and Flips workshop is an advanced Aerial Yoga class that is designed to strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and hone your awareness. Some Aerial Yoga classes are highly recommended so that you have the foundation and comfort level in the aerial hammock to be able to confidently learn some more advanced, circus style tricks and flips. Special awareness will be brought to proper warm-up, safe skill execution and appropriate after- session stretches to help prevent injuries.
