“Buti” is an Indian Marathi word that means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” It is initially used in reference to Ayurvedic herbs considered ‘jada buti’. Although whenever you hear the word you happen to think of your booty, believe it when we tell you that working that part of the body does come with the fun of this style of yoga. Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, and deep abdominal conditioning. This all-in-one combination tones & sculpts the body, while facilitating complete inner transformation—meaning, as you move and sweat with intention, your body is burning calories and enjoying the fun! The classes range from 60-90 minutes in length to help you focus on alignment, breathing and cooling down once the practice draws to its closure. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold in 2010. Buti Yoga has been helping men and women tap into their inner power to unleash unshakeable confidence, uncover true desires and bond with others instead of competing. This style of methodology clears away stuck energies along your chakra channels, and revitalizes the body to allow each student to shift their perceptions into positive self-love and love of the world around them. With a unique and empowering instructor community, Buti Yoga offers programs to give you fun, flow, and freedom with some badass beats and motivating music! Bring an open mind, a towel, some water, and be ready to static shake it out with some Buti, while enjoying a great ambiance of heart-raising, tone-defining yoga like you’ve never experienced before! There is no level requirement for this class, so all levels are invited. Modifications will be presented as well to help all yogis have a great practice.
