The Power Vinyasa of Life With 2 Girls Who Talk Yoga: This power flow will have you sweating, breathing, laughing, and thinking. We are Two Girls/yoga instructors who decided to create a platform that covers how and why we must bring our practice from our mat into the world. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and yet we convey the gravity of living yoga. We teach in our community, online, and we even teach creative pop-up flows all over, including restaurants, libraries, local businesses, and on the streets. We believe yoga is everything, and so we are unapologetic about bringing it everywhere. Everyone needs yoga. And we shout it from the rooftops as much as we can.
