Carolina Figares is a ERYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
She has been certified at Yoga Now in Chicago (2011) and Rishikul Yogshala in India (2016). Carol has studies on Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga.
She is also certified to teach Yoga Kids and Prenatal Yoga.She has a background on Psychology, trainings on Reiki healing and Thai Body Work which keep her aware of the power of words, attention and touch and their mindful use in class.
Carolina guides students to approach obstacles with an open and compassionate mind, seeking to grow and learn from them. “If it doesn’t challenge you, It won’t change you”.She facilitates space so students can experience themselves within, as they learn to give each moment their undisturbed presence.
